Using MAGICMIX ™ is easy! Simply:

• Mix 1 part MAGICMIX™ with 17 parts DTF ink (approx. 6% of your ink volume).
• Pour directly into your ink bottle, ink tank, or cartridge.
• Shake well before use to ensure thorough mixing.

MAGICMIX™ works with WHITE, BLACK, CYAN, MAGENTA, and YELLOW inks.

To fully unlock MAGICMIX's potential, we recommend minor adjustments to optimize your workflow:

• Slightly Increase Curing Time (if needed) - Since MAGICMIX ™ enhances ink stability and moisture retention, some users may find that a slightly longer curing time (5-10 seconds more) improves ink adhesion without affecting wash durability.
• Monitor Viscosity & Ink Flow - MAGICMIX ™ integrates seamlessly with most inks, but if you notice changes in ink viscosity, consider adjusting your printhead voltage or drop size settings to maintain optimal ink flow, or simply increasing the white underbase percentage.
• Pair with Existing Ink Management Systems - While MAGICMIX ™ significantly reduces settling, white ink circulation systems and regular maintenance routines will further enhance print longevity and reliability.

• Add your 60ml bottle of MAGICMIX ™ to ~ 950ml to 1 Liter of your DTF or DTG ink
  (you are looking to mix in a ~ 1:17 ratio - that's 1 part MAGICMIX™ to 17 parts DTF or DTG ink, or approx. 6% of your ink volume)
• Pour directly into your white or CMYK ink bottle, tank, or cartridge

Helpful Tips:

• Best mixed at the source (ink bottle/tank), before the ink reaches your printer.
