DTFLINE HEAT STATION V3 DTF Powder Curing Oven with Purifier is a compact tabletop curing solution designed for Direct to Film printing, DTF transfer production, powder melting, adhesive powder curing, and small-shop DTF workflows. Built for decorators who need consistent curing without a large floor-standing shaker or tunnel dryer, the Heat Station V3 combines a heated contact curing platform, adjustable temperature and timer controls, built-in purifier/extractor, and a compact low-profile design.

Compatible with all DTF printers and DTF processes: The DTFLINE Heat Station V3 can be used with virtually any Direct to Film workflow, including sheet-fed DTF printers, roll-fed DTF printers, desktop DTF printers, commercial DTF printers, white ink DTF systems, converted Epson DTF printers, production DTF systems, and manual powder application workflows. Since the Heat Station is used after printing and powdering, it is not locked to any specific printer brand, RIP software, ink brand, film brand, powder brand, or DTF process.

The DTFLINE Heat Station V3 is ideal for curing DTF film after powder application. It helps melt and bond DTF adhesive powder evenly onto printed transfers, preparing them for pressing onto garments, textiles, bags, promotional items, and other compatible substrates. Available in A4, A3, and A2 sizes, this series gives users a practical curing option for everything from sample sheets and small-format transfers to larger gang sheets and production work.

Now includes the DTF GripMate, a precision suction-lift handling tool designed to safely lift DTF film from the heated platform without direct hand contact. This improves operator safety, reduces burn risk, and makes film handling cleaner and more efficient during the curing process.

Filter Maintenance

Recommended filter replacement is every 2 to 4 months depending on usage, production volume, curing frequency, powder type, and operating environment.
