UVDTF® A Film Sheets - For Flatbed UV Printers

UVDTF® technology allows you to create high-quality UV prints that can be transferred onto hard surfaces. Instead of printing directly onto rigid or irregularly shaped objects (which can be time-consuming and limited to one object at a time), you can print onto UVDTF® A film sheets, effectively creating UV-printed decals or "stickers." These can then be transferred to your desired object-ideal for surfaces that are curved, uneven, oversized, or otherwise unsuitable for direct UV printing.

Who Needs "A" Sheets?

"A" sheets are required if you are printing with a flatbed UV printer. These sheets are where your design is first printed using UV inks and varnish. If you are using a roll-fed UV printer with a laminator, you do not need pre-cut "B" sheets-you can use B rolls instead, which are more efficient for continuous production.

How UVDTF® Works:

1. Print your design onto the A film sheet (using UV ink and varnish).
2. Laminate the printed A film to B film using a laminator at 195°F on a slow speed.
3. Peel and apply the finished design to your object.
