How it works:
- First, choose from the size options
- Next, click on the "Image Upload" link
IMPORTANT: - Please check the size of your image/file before uploading it. For example, if you're selecting the size 8.25" x 11.25", you need to upload a file that is 8.25" x 11.25". If you upload a different size file, we will fit it as best as possible within the 8.25" x 11.25" print area that you selected.
- You can add multiple images within the same file, this is referred to as "ganging" your images. Whether you insert 1 large image that takes up the entire file, or many smaller images within the same size file, the price is the same. Take advantage of ganging!
- We recommend that you upload an image with a transparent background (PNG, GIF format) or vector (EPS, EPT, SVG format), we also accept (AI, PDF, PSD), and the files must be at least 300 DPI (lower than this is low quality). If you do not provide a transparent background, we may print the background in your image. For example, if you are uploading a logo that has a white background, and you do not remove the white background before uploading the file, we may print the white background and it will be noticeable on dark colored shirts. Similarly, if you have a logo with black background and you do not remove the background, we may print the black background, which will be noticeable on white shirts.
If you cannot meet any of the above requirements, you can select the optional "Image Editing" option for an additional fee (this option is available on the payment page as an additional service), and we will make the necessary design edits to your file before printing it. While we always strive to make minor improvements to the files you upload before printing, you are responsible for the file you upload and unless you select the "Image Editing" option at checkout, we may print your file exactly as you uploaded it.
NOTE: Production time for orders less than $100 is 2-4 days and for orders over $100 is 1-2 days, plus shipping time.
