This is an iColor 540/550 Fluorescent Magenta toner cartridge (3,000 pages) replacement part. The iColor 550 is a unique, low cost and versatile on-demand printing solution for short to mid run transfer production of garments, labels, stationary, banners, hard surfaces, art reproduction, marketing customization and much more! The IColor 550 is like having a professional print shop on your desktop, incorporating professional quality image printing capabilities, as well as optional specialty toner upgrade kits such as dye sublimation, fluorescent, clear and security toners.

The iColor Fluorescent Upgrade Kit is just one of the many specialty cartridge sets that can be used with the IColor 540 and 550 Digital Color + White Transfer Media Printers. Instantly transform your iColor printer into a fluorescent printer where the printed images produced will glow brightly under UV light. Simply remove and store the standard CMY toner cartridges and swap with the fluorescent kit to instantly print with UV sensitive toner while using the standard black cartridge in place. The white cartridge that shipped with your printer can also be used if a white overprint is required.

Operating on the same application principles as standard toner that ships with your machine, you can print and/or press onto virtually any surface using the appropriate transfer paper - or print directly onto paper, transparencies and label stock regardless of which printer is being used. Be sure to design your graphics with bright colors - avoid dark or black colors (unless specifically wanted), as those will not fluoresce well and may not look good as a final product.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (50% - 70% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
