This is an iColor 540/550 Dye Sublimation Black toner cartridge (3,000 pages) replacement part. The iColor 550 is a unique, low cost and versatile on-demand printing solution for short to mid run transfer production of garments, labels, stationary, banners, hard surfaces, art reproduction, marketing customization and much more! The IColor 550 is like having a professional print shop on your desktop, incorporating professional quality image printing capabilities, as well as optional specialty toner upgrade kits such as dye sublimation, fluorescent, clear and security toners.

Now you can produce high quality, vibrant color prints for dye sublimation transfers onto polyester-based textiles, and sublimation coated hard surface substrates such as ceramic, metal, acrylic and more using your iColor 540 or 550 Digital Transfer Printer. Toner based systems do not require priming or cleaning, nor is it necessary to use the printer regularly - there are no ink heads to clog! UniNet iColor Dye Sublimation cartridges offer higher yields than competing ink systems, and prints at much higher speeds for greater efficiency and productivity. Easily swap back and forth between regular toner and dye sublimation toner. Use one machine for several uses with iColor Technology!

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (50% - 70% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
