Insta 418 Heat Press Machine - Curved Platens Make Printing on Hats a Breeze

The Insta 418 Digital Cap Heat Press is a terrific multi-purpose heat press. Its curved platens are perfectly molded to mirror the curves of a hat and are designed to apply heat transfers onto cap brims and bills. Although it was originally designed as a heat press machine for hats, the Insta 418 has also proven to be an effective tool for printing logos , PPE and back-neck labels onto flat garments. Its portable, compact design and quiet operation make this press perfect for use in a home or retail environment.

Reliable, Consistent Quality: The Insta 418 hat heat press has been strategically designed to bring about and evenly distribute pressure throughout the entire platen. And, its cast-in tubular heating element heats the metal from within, which produces constant and long lasting heat. Successful heat transfer applications require perfect time, temperature and pressure - three key components needed to work together. The Insta 418 has mastered those elements and gets the job done every time.

Features:

  • 4.5"x6.75" upper platen and 3.25"x6.75" lower platen
  • Curved Platen Design - hats are a breeze!
  • Lower slide adjustment to fit different hat sizes
  • Cap hold down mechanism keeps hats taut for easy application
  • Portable compact design

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (50% - 70% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
