2X2 Panthera V2

The PROFESSIONAL DTF Panthera ® V3 printing system is the ultimate DTF Solution on the market. With a productivity output 200% to 400% of DTG systems (that are priced between $20,000 and $50,000), it comes as no surprise that this PROFESSIONAL DTF system is being assimilated into print shops of all sizes. It produces durable and intense color prints, is built on the next-generation robust and reliable Epson I3200 engine (dual printhead system included!) and professionally assembled and enhanced. This next-gen printhead technology offers 20-30% improved printhead accuracy and lifespan as compared to previous versions. What makes the DTF so cost effective? DTGPRO has over a decade of experience manufacturing for other popular brands and distributors. Buying from DTGPRO means buying manufacturer direct, without the markups that go into other brands due to marketing and distribution or due to fancy casings that often drive the price unnecessarily up (you could pay over $40,000 for similar systems from other DTG or DTF brand providers). At DTGPRO, we prioritize equipment based on performance, function and results. This PROFESSIONAL DTF Panthera ® ™ printer has significant advantaged over alternative technology systems (including Toner Transfer, or even high end DTG), and is arguably the most popular textile printing technology on the market for systems under $50,000. Works for multiple fabric types (cotton, poly, blends, leathers, jeans and more), and works on both White and Dark Textiles.

This 2X4 PROFESSIONAL DTF Panthera ® V3 system features:

  • Modifications to accept Extra Wide Digital Transfer Film (DTF PreTreat Sheets in Rolls (Roll Feeder embedded in system) - accepting rolls up to 61cm wide (up to 24" wide)
  • Quad Printhead Technology (2 Printheads for White and 2 Printheads for CMYK) - quadrupling the output and 1/4 the time over 1 printhead systems
  • Up to 450 T-Shirts print capacity per hour
  • Ink Tank Continuous Feed System
  • Humidity Sensor
  • Driver Software
  • BONUS: Manual and video Tutorials
  • BONUS: RIP Software Included (Built-in Ethernet Port on PC is Required)
  • DTF Powder Application Machine Included ($10,500 Value)

Incredible overall value!

6 Month Warranty: DTG PRO offers a 6 month warranty which pertains to replacement of faulty materials during the first six months from the date of purchase of the machine (except for damage caused or other that does not depend on manufacturing defects). Consumable parts are excluded from the warranty, such as: print heads, dampers, inks (such consumable parts are available as spare parts if needed.) See the full warranty details on our guarantee page and the DTGPRO terms and conditions.

What's NOT Included but you may need:

  • DTF Inks (we recommend the 4732 or DTF inks, available on this website, sold separately)
  • DTF PreTreat Sheet Rolls (aka PreTreat Sheets, Transfer Sheets or DTF Transfer Paper, available on this website, sold separately)
  • DTF Powder (aka DTF Transfer Powder, available on this website, sold separately)
  • Windows 7 or higher Computer (PC) with an available USB port
  • Heat press for finishing (curing) the final print - We recommend at least a 16x20s heat press or for more efficiency the DBLDBL Heat Press that features DOUBLE STATIONS, each 15.75 inches x 23.6 inches
  • Humidifier (to keep the humidity 55-75% in the printing environment) - recommended
  • Air purifier / extractor fan - recommended

BENEFITS OVER DTG TECHNOLOGY:

  • As compared to DTG technology (such as Epson, Ricoh, Brother or other DTG based systems), DTF offers a cheaper startup cost (approx 50% to 75% cheaper) and NO PRETREATMENT required (less cost and less user dependency), although you will require DTF PreTreat Sheets and DTF PreTreat Powder. The print quality and the feel of the printed textiles is very similar to DTG. The substrates that DTF will work on are much wider than DTG (DTG is mainly for cotton, but DTF will work on cotton, poly, 50/50 blends and more).

NOTE: Orders will ship on a first ordered, first shipped basis. Color of equipment is subject to availability, image is a representation, actual design may vary. Contact us for expedited requests or custom color options if required.

* ONBOARDING & TRAINING:

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) and screen printing each have their advantages, so which is better depends on the specific needs of a project. DTF is generally more versatile for detailed, multi-colored designs and smaller batches because it allows for high-quality prints on various fabrics without extensive setup. Screen printing, however, excels in durability and cost-effectiveness for large orders with fewer colors, making it ideal for bulk production.

The Panthera Printer is available in 2 configurations - DUAL HEAD (2 Heads) or QUAD HEAD (4 Heads). It is also one of the only (possibly the only) DTF system that is easily upgradable from 2 to 4 heads with a conversion kit - so users can start with 2 heads which is easier to manage and maintain, and upgrade to 4 heads in future without needing to change printer.

The choice between Direct-to-Film (DTF) and vinyl depends on the specific needs of a project. DTF offers high-quality, full-color prints with a soft finish and is ideal for complex designs, while vinyl is more durable and cost-effective for simple, single-color designs. Ultimately, the decision depends on factors like design complexity, fabric type, and intended use.

"Direct to film" (DTF) is a printing process that involves transferring designs onto a special film, which is then used to apply the design onto various surfaces, such as textiles. This method allows for vibrant, high-quality prints with fine details and is particularly popular for customizing apparel. The process involves printing the design on the film, applying adhesive, and then using heat to transfer the design onto the final product.
