The stated shaker capacity of up to approximately 370 square feet per hour represents maximum compatible production capability under suitable operating conditions. Actual throughput depends on printer output, ink coverage, transfer-film characteristics, powder type, curing temperature, conveyor speed, ambient conditions, and the finished-transfer requirements.

Advanced safety-protection features supplement - but do not replace - operator supervision, proper installation, routine maintenance, appropriate electrical service, ventilation, and adherence to all operating instructions. The system should not be operated unattended.

6-Month Limited Equipment Warranty:

DTGPRO provides a six-month limited equipment warranty for this DTFLINE system, covering qualifying faulty materials or manufacturing defects during the first six months from the date of purchase, subject to the warranty requirements, exclusions, maintenance obligations, and DTGPRO terms and conditions.

Consumable and wear-related components are excluded from standard warranty coverage. These may include, without limitation, printheads, dampers, caps, wipers, filters, ink lines, pumps, inks, heating elements, belts, rollers, sensors, powder-contact components, and other parts affected by ink contact, adhesive powder, heat, maintenance, operating conditions, normal wear, misuse, neglect, improper storage, incompatible consumables, or failure to follow required procedures.

Replacement consumables and service parts are available separately when required. Please review the complete warranty policy and DTGPRO terms and conditions before purchasing.

NOTE: Due to production demand, equipment preparation, configuration, testing, and freight scheduling, this product may be subject to a lead time unless specifically identified as a QUICKSHIP item. Orders are generally processed on a first-ordered, first-shipped basis.

Virtual onboarding and training are included with this purchase and will be scheduled at a mutually available time. Training is focused on helping the customer establish an appropriate workflow for printer setup, RIP operation, film loading, ink management, routine maintenance, printing, powdering, curing, film take-up, transfer application, and general production practices.

Onboarding and training do not replace the customer's responsibility to review the supplied documentation, perform required maintenance, maintain appropriate environmental and ventilation conditions, use compatible consumables, and ensure that operators follow the prescribed operating procedures.
