This listing is for the DTFLINE PANTHERA ® V4 2X4 Professional DTF Printer, featuring a four-printhead architecture with two Epson I3200 printheads dedicated to CMYK and two Epson I3200 printheads dedicated to white ink.
The PANTHERA V4 2X4 is designed for established apparel decorators, transfer producers, print shops, fulfillment businesses, wholesale transfer suppliers, and growing production operations that require substantially greater output than a two-printhead DTF platform.
The PANTHERA ® V4 represents the newest generation of the DTFLINE professional wide-format DTF platform. The V4 generation builds upon the proven PANTHERA architecture with an updated production-focused design, refined workflow, modernized electronics and controls, improved operator accessibility, and an equipment platform engineered for dependable commercial operation.
Rather than prioritizing unnecessary cosmetic features that increase equipment cost without improving production, DTFLINE focuses on the areas that matter most to a professional print business: print quality, output, ink delivery, white ink management, film handling, serviceability, operator workflow, and overall return on investment.
Four-Printhead Architecture for High-Volume Production
The PANTHERA V4 2X4 is powered by four next-generation Epson I3200 printheads. Two printheads are dedicated to CMYK color production, while two additional printheads are dedicated to the white ink layer.
This quad-head arrangement allows the printer to produce color and white ink layers at substantially greater speeds than a single-head or dual-head system. By distributing the printing workload across four printheads, the PANTHERA V4 2X4 is engineered for businesses with sustained daily production requirements and higher transfer volumes.
The separate CMYK and white ink channels support the color intensity, image detail, white ink opacity, and production consistency expected from a professional DTF printing platform.
The PANTHERA V4 2X4 is especially well suited for operations producing gang sheets, wholesale transfers, repeat apparel orders, contract printing, fulfillment work, uniforms, promotional products, and higher-volume customized apparel.
Two CMYK Heads and Two White Heads
The PANTHERA V4 2X4 divides production between two dedicated color printheads and two dedicated white ink printheads.
- Two Epson I3200 printheads produce the CMYK color layer
- Two Epson I3200 printheads produce the white ink layer
- Increased color-layer capacity compared with single-CMYK-head configurations
- Increased white-layer capacity compared with single-white-head configurations
- Professional white ink opacity at higher production speeds
- Efficient simultaneous color and white production
- Suitable for sustained daily production and larger transfer volumes
Built for Professional Roll-to-Roll DTF Production
The PANTHERA V4 2X4 accepts wide roll-fed DTF film and is designed for continuous transfer production. Its approximately 24-inch print width allows businesses to efficiently arrange artwork, maximize film utilization, create professional gang sheets, and produce multiple transfers across the available print area.
Finished transfers can be applied to a broad range of light and dark garments and compatible materials, including cotton, polyester, cotton/polyester blends, denim, canvas, leather, performance fabrics, and many other textiles.
Unlike traditional DTG printing, standard DTF production does not generally require liquid garment pretreatment. Designs are printed onto DTF film, coated with transfer powder, cured, and then transferred to the finished garment or product using a heat press.
This makes DTF especially attractive for businesses that need to decorate multiple fabric types without maintaining separate printing workflows for light garments, dark garments, cotton, polyester, and blended materials.
Designed for Businesses Ready to Scale
The PANTHERA V4 2X4 is designed for businesses that have moved beyond entry-level or lower-output production and need equipment capable of handling greater daily order volume.
Its four-printhead architecture provides a meaningful increase in production capability, helping businesses reduce print queues, complete larger gang-sheet orders, support multiple heat-press stations, and produce transfers for wholesale or distributed fulfillment.
The printer can serve as the central transfer-production platform for an apparel operation, with finished transfers distributed to multiple pressing stations, retail locations, contract decorators, or fulfillment partners.
For businesses currently operating one or more smaller DTF printers, the PANTHERA V4 2X4 can help consolidate production into a wider, faster professional platform while providing more efficient film use and a more structured roll-fed workflow.
Professional DTFLINE Value
DTFLINE equipment is developed around the needs of professional garment decorators, transfer producers, and print businesses that require dependable commercial production.
Similar commercial DTF and DTG production platforms may be offered at substantially higher prices, particularly when sold through multiple layers of resellers and distributors. DTFLINE prioritizes production capability, practical engineering, serviceability, operator workflow, and measurable production results rather than costly exterior casings or cosmetic features that do not directly improve print production.
The result is a professional four-printhead DTF platform designed to deliver substantial production capability and overall value for businesses seeking higher output without moving into significantly more expensive industrial equipment categories.

- Installation Benefit: Standard-voltage operation can simplify electrical preparation compared with higher-voltage industrial printing systems.
- Dedicated Circuit: A dedicated circuit may be required or recommended based on circuit capacity, equipment specifications, local electrical code, and other devices operating at the location.
The customer is responsible for confirming the correct voltage, frequency, receptacle type, plug configuration, circuit capacity, wiring, and applicable electrical-code requirements before shipment and installation.
Electrical work must be completed by a qualified electrician where required. Adapters, extension cords, voltage converters, or improvised electrical connections should not be used unless specifically approved for the equipment and installation.
Printer-Only Configuration — Shaker Not Included
This product includes the DTFLINE PANTHERA V4 2X4 printer only. It does not include an automatic powder shaker, powdering system, dryer, curing oven, smoke purifier, cooling system, or automatic film take-up system.
Printed DTF film must be coated with compatible transfer powder, have the excess powder removed, and be properly cured before the transfer can be applied to a garment or compatible product.
Because the PANTHERA V4 2X4 is a high-output four-printhead printer, a production-matched automatic powder shaker and curing system is strongly recommended. The shaker must be capable of receiving, powdering, curing, cooling, and collecting film at a rate appropriate for the printer's selected production mode.
An undersized shaker or curing system may create a production bottleneck and prevent the printer from being operated at its intended capacity.
For businesses seeking an integrated workflow, consider the DTFLINE PANTHERA V4 2X4 Complete System, which combines this printer with the compatible PANTHERA V4 Intelligent Compact High-Speed Powder Shaker & Dryer.
Important Electrical Note for an Optional Shaker: The PANTHERA V4 printer operates on 110V. The compatible PANTHERA V4 Shaker, when purchased separately or as part of a complete system, requires 220V electrical service. A complete printer-and-shaker installation therefore requires the appropriate 110V connection for the printer and a compatible 220V connection for the shaker.
Selecting a Compatible Powdering and Curing System
The powdering and curing workflow must be matched to the output of the four-printhead printer. When selecting a shaker or curing system, customers should consider:

- Light and Dark Garment Production: The white ink layer allows the same general process to be used for both light and dark materials.
- Transfers Can Be Produced in Advance: Businesses can print and store transfers for later application, subject to proper handling and storage conditions.
- Centralized Transfer Production: One printing operation can produce transfers for multiple heat-press stations, stores, production locations, or fulfillment partners.
- Reduced Operator Dependency: Eliminating traditional garment pretreatment can reduce variation associated with pretreatment amount, application consistency, drying, and garment preparation.
- Flexible Production: Suitable for one-off customization, gang sheets, short runs, repeat orders, wholesale transfers, and larger production batches.
- Scalable Workflow: Transfers can be produced centrally and applied later by multiple operators or at multiple production locations.
- Competitive Equipment Cost: Professional DTF equipment can offer a lower entry cost than many high-production DTG platforms, although DTF film and transfer powder are required consumables.
Important Production Considerations:
DTF printing is a professional production process that requires regular operation, preventive maintenance, suitable environmental conditions, compatible inks and consumables, adequate ventilation, and adherence to the procedures provided during onboarding.
White ink contains suspended pigment and requires proper circulation, agitation, maintenance, and operating discipline. Environmental temperature and humidity can affect ink behavior, printhead performance, static, film feeding, powder application, curing, and finished-transfer quality.
The four-printhead configuration has greater ink-delivery, maintenance, curing, and workflow requirements than smaller systems. Operators must maintain all four printheads, ink channels, dampers, caps, wipers, pumps, circulation components, and related systems according to the prescribed schedule.
The printer must be paired with a powdering and curing workflow capable of supporting its output. A shaker that is undersized, improperly adjusted, or unable to match the printer's film speed may create a production bottleneck or affect powder coverage, curing, film tracking, and finished-transfer quality.
Printer speed, film feed, powder application, curing temperature, airflow, cooling, and film take-up must be appropriately coordinated for the selected artwork, ink coverage, film, powder, print mode, and production environment.
The stated output of up to approximately 450 standard shirt-size transfers per hour is approximate and based on optimized production conditions. Actual output depends on transfer size, artwork dimensions, print mode, pass count, resolution, RIP configuration, ink limits, film layout, equipment condition, maintenance, operator experience, and curing workflow.
Production estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed.
