V10.7 includes all the latest driver updates, improvements and fixes over previous V10 versions, including but not limited to:

  • Selectable Media Options for XP-15000 / ET-8500 / ET-8550 (5 different media settings, to accommodate different types of media/film)
  • New Drivers including the Epson Photo R1800, Stylus Pro 4000
  • Epson P6000 improvements for roll handling efficiency
  • Improved paper margin / paper feeding functionality on various printer models including the Epson Stylus Pro 4880 / 7800 / 7880
  • Ink sequence improvements for the ET-8500/8550 (including the ability to utilize the KWCYMW sequence), as well as additional stability and performance improvements
  • Optimized functionality and patches for recent windows security updates

This software is very easy to use and offers a simple interface (the same familiar interface that previous AcroRip versions, but loaded with more features, and fully licensed). Anyone can learn and understand how to use this RIP software very quickly. Compatible with most Epson-based DTG printers, DTF Printers and UV Printers.

One pass white and color, no need for two passes for dark t-shirt/products. Advanced features for printing on Dark tshirts and garments.

Works with Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11.

This ACRO V10.7 Features:

  • Easy and bug-free installation
  • Custom channel settings (you can change channels on demand and based on your custom requirements)
  • Updated Drivers (color expressions are not as vivid on WHITE or COLORS on V9 as they are on V10)
  • Newly added ICC profiles for DTF inks and consumables (makes color brightness and color matching so much better) - available for L1800, P600 and 1390
  • If a COLOR (CMYK) Nozzle is clogged, the CUSTOM CHANNEL Setup feature allows CHANNEL SUBSTITUTION. For example, if yellow is clogged, use a WHITE CHANNEL and use YELLOW INK in that CHANNEL and Close off the original Yellow channel. Simpler example is change the white cartridge for a yellow one, in the working channel, and make that setting in the setup menu. This feature is useful in DTG and DTF systems to allow the use of the head, even with clogged channel(s). Basically allows you to continue to use a clogged head, since you have 2 or 4 white in channels as substitutionary.
  • WAVE FUNCTION: This is for UV printers that have Epson Printheads, to alleviate a banding issue. Allows for "wider spray".
  • Proprietary RIP BOOST setting to increase the print speed of the popular Epson L1800 printer by 40% on demand - You have the choice of printing at regular L1800 speeds (regular speed, photo quality prints) or at RIP BOOST speeds (40% faster speeds, normal quality prints). The quality difference is mostly noticeable on larger prints, but the speed enhancement is for all size prints.
  • "Paper Cut" function (works with 4800/4880/4900/P5000/7800/7880)
  • Roll Printing on Epson L1800, P400/P600/P800 and other models
  • ICC profiles for Epson L1800, 1390 (for DTF inks) and P600 (for DTF and QUANTUMDTF inks) - other inks may also work well with the same profiles

Compatible with the following printers:

  • Epson Stylus Photo 1390/1400, R1800, R2000, R3000, R1900, R2400, R2880
  • Epson EcoTank L800/L805, L1800
  • Epson SureColor P400, P600, P800, P6000
  • Epson Stylus Pro 3880, 3885, 4000, 4880, 4890, 4900, 3800, 4800, 7800, 7880, 7890
  • Epson Expression XP-15000
  • Epson EcoTank ET-8500, ET-8550

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) machines print designs onto a special film, which is then transferred to fabric using a heat press, allowing for vibrant colors and flexibility on various materials like cotton, polyester, and nylon. Direct-to-Garment (DTG) machines, on the other hand, print directly onto the fabric using inkjet technology, making them ideal for detailed and high-quality prints, primarily on cotton fabrics. Those in the DTG business typically sell T-shirts and other apparel, while those in the DTF business have two models: selling apparel and DTF transfers. ACRORIP is versatile software that supports both DTF and DTG printers, as well as UV printers.

If you are facing any issues with your DTF Printer not Grabbing /Feeding the DTF Film properly, I would suggest please check the following as it would surely help you resolve the issue.

1- Make sure you do NOT feed the film in a traditional way (which is upright position) but have it slant/bulge a bit up-close to the White hooks of the printer which pulls the sheets through it after you give a print command. Here is a very good video on the same… See full answer »

There is no limit to add ICC profiles in Acrorip. However It is Important to note that ICC profiles must be created by CMYK mode, not by RGB mode. If the ICC profiles were created by RGB mode, they can't be seen into the software pop-up menu. The additional profiles should be added ONLY to CMYK folder in the DTFRIP installation folder, NOT DefaultProfiles.

Acrorip supports printers based on their underlying printer engine (Epson engine). Whether Acrorip will work on a DTG M2 or any other brand of DTG or DTF printer, depends on what the underlying Epson engine is that is used in your printer. Most DTG and DTF printers use Epson engines, so check with your printer manufacturer what engine is used in yours (you can also tell based on printhead)…
