If you are checking on the status of an order, please note that most equipment orders are built on demand and can take 2-4 weeks, with priority based on order date. Once you have placed your order, you can expect an order confirmation to be emailed to you immediately, and you will receive follow up communication from us with regards to lead time and to scheduling a convenient time for training and onboarding as applicable. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you have not received these confirmation and/or tracking emails in your inbox.
