Cleaner Air by Design!

The DTFPRO FILTRABOX (made in North America) is an innovative fume extraction system that is also affordable, easy to use, and comes with reliable customer support.

Specialty printing, including Sublimation / DTG / DTF (Direct to Film) and other types of printing result in particles which can cause irritation to the eyes, nose, and throat. Various products and processes can also result in fumes and may be hazardous, which is why it is always recommended to work in a well ventilated environment and to use Personal Protective Equipment when operating. The DTFPRO COMPACT FILTRABOX is designed to provide additional protection via fume extraction: the pre-filter and HEPA filter capture the fine particles while the gas filter captures odors.

This is a Portable Fume Extractor designed for DTF Transfer Printing. Utilizes a single-blower and high capacity 3 stage Hydrophobic HEPA filtration for excellent fog removal performance in a space-saving format. Great for mid-sized (24") roll-to-roll DTF Transfer Printing systems. Captures the thick oily fog generated during the curing of the printed transfers. Produce quality transfers for garments and other substrates in a cleaner air environment - your products and employees will benefit!

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (50% - 70% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
