MagicPowder
MagicPowder™ is a family of patent-pending adhesive powders engineered for DTF, HTF, and MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer applications. Designed to melt evenly and bond cleanly, MagicPowder™ helps produce durable transfers with strong adhesion, smooth edges, vibrant results, and a softer hand than traditional cut vinyl. For traditional DTF printing, Clear MagicPowder™ can be used as a standard adhesive powder when the printed transfer already includes a white-ink backing. The DTF printer's white ink provides the opacity, while the clear powder creates the adhesive layer needed to bond the transfer to the garment. For MagicLine™ full-color desktop transfers, where no white ink is printed, powder selection determines the compatible garment colors. White MagicPowder™ creates both the adhesive layer and the opaque white backing needed for transfers onto white, light, and dark garments. Clear MagicPowder™ can be used for full-color desktop transfers onto white garments only, since it does not provide an opaque backing. MagicPowder™ is also available in a variety of colors for use with MAGICINK™ HTF workflows. Colored powders provide both the adhesive and the visible transfer color, making it possible to create clean, weedless monochrome lettering, logos, graphics, and specialty effects without printing colored ink. Available options may include standard, fluorescent, metallic, and other specialty finishes. Whether used as a conventional DTF adhesive powder, as the backing and adhesive for MagicLine™ full-color desktop transfers, or as the visible color in a MAGICINK™ HTF application, MagicPowder™ delivers a versatile and dependable foundation for professional transfer production.
