MagicSeal™ Spray - Professional Transfer Finishing Technology
MagicSeal™ Spray is an advanced post-transfer sealing solution designed to dramatically improve the hand feel, softness, breathability, and wash durability of garment transfers. Powered by patented technology protected under U.S. Patent 12,553,178 with additional patents pending, MagicSeal™ allows decorators to produce softer, more comfortable, and longer-lasting prints across multiple garment decoration methods.
Unlike traditional transfers that can feel thick, rubbery, or plastic-like, MagicSeal™ works by sealing the transfer deeper into the fabric fibers during a short secondary heat press step. The result is a noticeably softer, more breathable print that holds up better through repeated washing.

Each 500ml bottle is sufficient for approximately 150 heat presses, while a 1000ml bottle supports up to 300 heat presses (based on letter-sized transfers).

How MagicSeal™ Spray Works
MagicSeal™ enhances transfer performance using a simple three-step process:
- Step 1: Print & Transfer
Perform your normal printing and transfer process. - Step 2: Apply MagicSeal™
Spray evenly over the printed image from approximately 10 inches away. Use 2-3 sprays for letter-sized prints or 1-2 sprays for smaller designs. - Step 3: Final Heat Seal
Heat press again for 15 seconds using a Teflon protective sheet to activate the MagicSeal coating.
