Get professional on-site support, installation assistance, and training at your location. A trained technician will help with equipment setup, printing workflows, operation, and maintenance based on your equipment and selected service.

On-Site Service Options

Up to 4 Hours - Los Angeles - $595

For: Local equipment support, troubleshooting, training, and setup assistance. Contact us before ordering to confirm your equipment and service needs.

Available within approximately 50 miles of downtown Los Angeles. The rate is $595 per visit, per day, including travel and up to 4 hours at your location. The full $595 applies even if the visit takes only 1 or 2 hours. Additional time during the same visit is billed at $120 per hour, with your approval and subject to availability. If the technician needs to return on another day (if more than 4 hours on-site is needed), a new $595 charge applies, including travel and up to 4 hours for that visit. Unused hours do not carry over to another visit.

This option does not replace a required installation and onboarding package unless approved by DTG PRO in advance.

1/2 Day - Contiguous USA - $2,195

Best for: Shakers, dryers, and related accessory systems.

OPTIONAL - Remote onboarding is typically included when purchased from us. Choose this visit for hands-on training, operating guidance, maintenance instruction, and assistance integrating accessories into your printing workflow.

1 Day - Contiguous USA - $2,495

For: DTFLINE, DTGPRO, STS, Ricoh, and similar printers/systems.

OPTIONAL - Remote onboarding is typically included when equipment is purchased from us. This visit provides hands-on setup assistance, operator training, and workflow guidance.

REQUIRED - For Roland models such as the Roland XG-640, XP-640, VG/SG Series, LG Series, and MO Series, the 1-day on-site option is available with advance approval for experienced operators adding equipment to an existing workflow. Customers needing more extensive setup and training should select the 2-3 day option.

2-3 Days - Contiguous USA - $3,995

For: Roland XG-640, XP-640, TY-300/TY-300i, VG3, SG3, VG4, LG Series, and MO Series.

SITE REQUIRED - Includes installation assistance, calibration, workflow configuration, and extended hands-on operator training appropriate to your equipment. Additional time allows for guided printing and routine maintenance instruction.

2-5 Days - Contiguous USA - $5,995

For: Roland EU-1000MF, COi Series, and LO Series.

ON-SITE REQUIRED - Includes installation assistance and multi-day onboarding for these systems, with equipment-specific setup, operator training, and workflow guidance.

Visit duration: For packages showing a range of days, we will confirm the number of on-site days before booking based on your equipment and training needs. Travel time does not count toward the scheduled on-site service time. Additional work or time outside the agreed package requires separate approval.

Before Your Visit

Our team will confirm the preparation steps appropriate to your equipment. Please ensure:

• All equipment, accessories, and components have arrived and are accounted for.
• The equipment location is accessible and ready, with suitable electrical service, ventilation, temperature, and humidity.
• Required inks, media, cleaning supplies, and sample substrates are available.
• A compatible computer, required software licenses, and stable internet connection are available.
• Operators are available for the scheduled training.
• Unboxing, assembly, and software preparation are completed only as instructed by our team.

Do not perform technician-required installation, ink charging, or initial startup unless instructed. Remote guidance is available to help you prepare for the visit.

Important Information

• Service area: The $595 local option is limited to the Los Angeles service area described above. All other packages are available throughout the contiguous United States.
• Remote onboarding: Many equipment purchases include remote onboarding and training. Refer to your equipment listing or order confirmation for details.
• Required onboarding: Select the package specified for your equipment. Any reduced-duration option requires advance approval.
• Existing equipment: Contact us before purchasing troubleshooting, repair assistance, or retraining so we can confirm the service scope.
• Parts and consumables: Replacement parts and consumables are not included unless expressly specified. This service does not extend your equipment warranty.
• Site preparation: Electrical work, ventilation installation, equipment moving or rigging, and facility modifications are not included unless separately quoted.
• Scheduling: After your order is placed, we will coordinate the visit based on availability and site readiness. If service cannot be scheduled due to availability or logistics, this service is fully refundable.
• Service scope: Some issues may require parts or additional visits. Completion of every repair or achievement of specific production results during the visit cannot be guaranteed.
