This purchase is for an on-site training and onboarding session for any DTG or DTF printer purchased from DTGPRO.com. This session can also be used for on-site support for out of warranty issues. We will reach out to you to schedule a mutually convenient time to send out one of our technicians to your location to assist with live on site onboarding and training or support. Applies to locations within the contiguous United States and subject to availability. There will be some initial setup requirements that you will need to prepare for before a technician can be scheduled, including ensuring that you have all equipment on hand that you will need training / on-boarding of, that you have the appropriate laptop / software / internet connection, the appropriate consumables (ink, film, powder etc as needed), and the appropriate work environment (electrical, temperature and humidity control if applicable).
