KEEP MOVING.
Two workstations. Pneumatic pressing. One streamlined routine. Put the essentials of dual-station production to work.
02WORKING STATIONS
40 × 50CM HEAT PLATEN
AIR POWERPNEUMATIC PRESSING
Keep your heat transfer workflow moving with the DTFLINE DBLDBL V2. Prepare a garment on one station while the other is pressing, then alternate stations to keep loading and pressing organized. With a sliding upper heat platen, adjustable pneumatic pressure, and an automatic press-and-release cycle, V2 brings the essentials together in a straightforward production platform.
01Load the next.
Position your next garment and transfer on the available station.
02Let it press.
Use pneumatic pressure and your selected temperature and time settings to run the pressing cycle.
03Keep it moving.
Alternate between stations, preparing one while the other presses.
The essentials. Ready to work.
The core dual-station workflow, with straightforward controls. V2 is a practical fit when your priority is alternating between two working stations with pneumatic pressing and digital temperature and time settings.
- Sliding upper heat platen: move the heated platen between the two working stations.
- Automatic press-and-release cycle: the press releases when the timed cycle is complete.
- Adjustable pressure: pneumatic pressure control and a platen adjustment system let you configure pressing pressure.
- Digital controls: set temperature and dwell time for your transfer process.
- Integrated industrial heat plate: designed for heat transfer applications.
- Emergency stop: provides a dedicated stop function.
Same dual-station idea. Different control levels.
