Our expert support services are designed for customers who have purchased equipment from us and seek continued assistance beyond their warranty period or beyond their original onboarding period. Whether you need a refresher onboarding couse, help troubleshooting, routine maintenance, training, re-training, or advanced guidance on your DTF, DTG, UV, UVDTF, or White Toner Transfer printers, we offer flexible remote and on-site support options to keep your equipment running smoothly. From email and phone support to hands-on in-person assistance, our service packages provide dependable expertise tailored to meet your ongoing operational needs.

Here's a detailed breakdown of each support service option available to ensure you get the assistance you need with your equipment:

  • On-Site Support (4 Hours) - Designed for customers in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas, this service includes travel and up to 4 hours of on-location support. Whether you need hands-on assistance with setting up, troubleshooting, or training on your equipment, our team will be there to guide you in person, covering both hardware and software-related topics for your printers and curing stations.
    Covers any location within approximately 30 miles from downtown Los Angeles. If you are located further than 30 miles from downtown Los Angeles, we can usually still accomodate depending on your specific location, please contact us with your address to confirm. Travel time/cost and up to 4 hours of on-location support are included. Additional hours if needed would be billed at $80/hour.
  • On-Site Support (1-2 Days) - Our national on-site support service includes travel and a full day at your location anywhere in the USA. This option is ideal for comprehensive onboarding, training, or setup needs. Our expert team will work closely with you to address every aspect of your equipment's operation, from software configurations to routine maintenance and system troubleshooting, ensuring you're fully equipped to operate your new systems efficiently.
    Covers any location in the USA. Travel and accomodation time and costs, and 1 day of on-location support are included.


WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
