  • Remote Personalized Expert Support (1 Hour) - Receive 1 hour of dedicated, personalized remote support from our expert team. This service is bookable in 30-minute personalized phone session increments, allowing you to address your needs in manageable sessions. Perfect for troubleshooting, routine maintenance consultations, or addressing specific issues with your printer, heating/curing stations, or related equipment or software.
  • Remote Personalized Expert Support (3 Hours) - This remote support option provides you with 3 hours of flexible expert guidance, bookable in 30-minute personalized phone session increments. Ideal for deeper dives into troubleshooting, software updates, operational training, or any other detailed support your equipment may need. Our team is available to guide you through complex issues and optimize your setup for peak performance.
  • Remote Personalized Expert Support (1 Month) - Enjoy unlimited email support for one full month, offering you the freedom to reach out whenever you need assistance. For personalized phone support, sessions can be scheduled in 30-minute increments to accommodate real-time guidance on any issues that arise. This package is perfect for businesses needing continuous support as they get acquainted with new equipment or tackle recurring issues.
    Unlimited refers to unlimited email support for 1 month. Phone support requires scheduling in 30-minute sessions, with a maximum of 8 sessions. Support Expires after 1 month of purchase, unused time does not roll over.
  • Remote Personalized Expert Support (1 Year) - This comprehensive package offers unlimited email support for a full year, ensuring you have long-term access to our expertise. Phone support can be scheduled in 30-minute increments, allowing for on-demand troubleshooting or training sessions as your needs evolve. WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
