This world-renowned RIP software for digital printing, is now renewed with version 7 that offers new features that increase the printer output and quality, as well as reduce preparation times, and so much more!

NEW & ENHANCED FEATURES:

Rip&Print - With the RIP&Print function on WhiteRIP 7, processing time is significantly reduced; printing starts just a few seconds after pressing the print button! Instead of waiting for all the graphics to be elaborated before data can be sent to the printer, with RIP&Print the graphic is elaborated in blocks and data is sent to the printer as soon as a block is ready, saving a lot of time!

Print cost - Ink cost calculation is now more accurate and you can now also calculate single ink color consumption! WhiteRIP 7 can calculate the print cost and ink usage of your prints with a high level of precision, so you can make a more informed analysis of your production costs. Also with the single color consumption data for each print you can anticipate your ink needs before you start.

Inline print - WhiteRIP 7 supports inline printing on most printers, drastically reducing print times without quality loss. Inline print mode allow youto split the head to print white and colors at the same time but without mixing them, thereby resulting in more bright colors! The quality is the same of the 2 pass printing but since Inline mode doesn't need a second print it eliminates printer reload times and all the alignment problem that might comes with it. And if you wat to increase the print speed even more, WhiteRIP 7 makes thispossible without notable effects on print quality.

Profiler - The color management of is based on WICC profiles: other than the default ones you can create new ones according to your needs.

3D - WhiteRIP 7 has a built in function to automatically create incredible prints with 3D effects.

Templates - WhiteRIP 7 supports paging through the template, so it can handle more tables and trays, each with its own print settings. The main feature of WhiteRIP have been revised to increase its functionality. With WhiteRIP 7 you can work on more templates at the same time, and the template creation wizard is more simple!

Masks and channels from PSD - With WhiteRIP 7 you can create the mask and channels on the same file as the graphic, WhiteRIP will automatically recognize them!

Channel adjustment - On some printers it is possible that some channels are not perfecly aligned with other channels, resulting in print defects. WhiteRIP 7 can adjust each channel position to correct misalignment and obtain the best results!

Hotfolder - This quickest way to integrate WhiteRIP and digital printing in an automated business environment. With this function WhiteRIP monitors a folder and when new images are inserted it elaborates them and send the file to the printer. With the XML Hotfolder module it is also possible to attach some parameters not previously possible.

Profiling - WhiteRIP 7 feature a completely new color management tool with better handling of input color profiles and the possibility to print pure CMYK.

Ink Saving Module - Advanced inbuilt algorithms allow the software to reduce the ink quantity when it will not change the print result. This translates in lower costs for your prints and thus a bigger profit.

Light and spot colors - Our new color managment can handle light colors and two different type of spot colors, such as varnish and metallic.

Whitebase - WhiteRIP can generates automatically the white layer base or you can load a custom one. With WhiteRIP 7 you can also specify the white layer on the same file with a PSD layer or let the software generate it with optimization based on the media color. If you are printing artwork on a black T-shirt WhiteRIP can optimize the white layer without printing it under black pixels or if you print the same image but on a different media color it will optimize the whitebase accordingly.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
