Insta 909 Heat Press Machine - For the Application of Labels & Logos

Built with the superior craftsmanship Insta is known for, the Insta 909 Digital Single Station heat press machine has been specifically designed for the rapidly growing heat transfer label industry. This automatic digital heat press is air operated to help prevent operator fatigue and promote consistent production speed. Its 6"x6" platens lend itself to the application of tagless labels, as well as logos and small graphics. Our tagless label heat press always produces consistent results. The Insta 909 is used for its high speed application capability and its reliability under 24/7 use maximizing profits and minimizing risks.

Results You Can Count On: The Insta 909 digital heat press has been specifically designed to achieve and evenly distribute superior pressure throughout the entire platen. And, its cast-in tubular heating element heats the metal from within, to produce consistent and long lasting heat. A successful heat transfer application requires three key elements to work in tandem- time, temperature and pressure. The Insta 909 has mastered those elements and gets the job done every time.

Features:

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (50% - 70% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
