Wet Capping (Daily Maintenance): Apply MagicClean™ to the capping station sponge at the end of the day to keep the printhead moist and prevent ink from drying in the nozzles.
Short-Term Downtime: Helps keep the printhead hydrated during periods of limited use.
Long-Term Maintenance / Vacation Mode: Use MagicClean™ to help lubricate and preserve printheads when your printer will be idle for extended periods.

While MagicClean™ is engineered to help prevent clogs, proper printer maintenance, environmental conditions, and ink quality all play important roles in printer performance. Regular maintenance practices should always be followed.

BONUS: LAST CHANCE Solution

The LAST CHANCE Solution is designed for extreme situations when standard cleaning methods fail. It is intended for attempting to revive printheads suffering from severe clogs that would otherwise require replacement.

When a printhead is considered "dead" due to stubborn blockages, the LAST CHANCE Solution provides a final attempt to dissolve hardened ink buildup and restore ink flow.

While no solution can guarantee recovery of a completely blocked printhead, the LAST CHANCE Solution has helped recover many printheads that were previously thought to be beyond repair.

Use only when normal maintenance solutions are unable to resolve severe clogging.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
