iColor ProRIP v2 Dongle and Software. iColor ProRIP v2 Dongle and Software

Now you can own the most advanced and easy to use RIP software available!

This version includes SmartCUT integration, but the purchase of SmartCUT is required for the full, licensed version.

  • ProRIP was made for a "production" atmosphere. It allows multiple page, continuous printing without the need to press the "online" button like TransferRIP.
  • All Print modes are setup for the user, they don?t have to remember to set the mirror print, choke, white density, media type, media tray, etc. You just simply pick your paper and the rest is set for you.
  • The colors are more accurate! We have custom ICC profiles for each print mode and paper so you will receive fewer complaints that the colors are not correct.
  • Built in editing tools (like Gimp and Fluidmask). Included free and integrated to let users make edits quickly without the need for Photoshop.
  • The ProRIP has a perpetual license for upgrades (unlike TransferRIP that has 3-6 months max free updates).
  • No update codes required, the dongle controls all of this. The customer also gets lifetime updates for this version of the software.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.

It is not suggested to change any settings when working with ProRIP software. More white will not give you more vibrant colors when using the 2-step process. It will help, however, when you are using 1-step paper. ProRIP’s default settings were rigorously tested with every type of paper that UNINET® sells. Using more white will cause your graphic to be thicker and may cause it to crack sooner.

Yes, Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing requires specialized RIP (Raster Image Processor) software to manage color profiles and print settings. RIP software is included with all the DTF Printer Bundles sold by DTFPRO. Additionally, you may need design software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to create and prepare the artwork for printing. Your artwork can then be imported into the RIP software.

ACRORIP V11 WideDTF version is compatible with Dual XP600 printers, as long as they are utilizing HOSON boards. While it is not clear whether the Procolored F13 Pro (A3 Dual XP600) printer utilizes a HOSON board, it appears that it does utilize dual XP600 printheads, so if you can check with the printer manufacturer whether it also utilizes a HOSON board, then you would know whether ACRORIP V11 WideDTF would work with it.

The Freejet 330tx is not directly supported/listed within Acrorip, however it is believed that the printhead utilized by the Freejet 330tx is the Epson DX5. Printers that utilize the Epson DX5 are supported by ACRORIP V11 wide format edition (https://dtgpro.com/cicproduct/acrorip...) such as the Epson Stylus Pro 4880, 7880, 9880 and others. Therefore, the Freejet 330tx should work with Acrorip V11 wide format edition, if you know which Epson printer engine it utilizes, by selecting the corresponding Epson driver from the list available within acrorip.
