• Recommended Substrates: Cotton, high-cotton blends, selected polyester garments, canvas, wood, DTF film, hats, shoes, and other compatible products.
• Operating Temperature: Approximately 59°F–90°F / 15°C–32°C.
• Operating Humidity: Approximately 45%–80% relative humidity, non-condensing. A properly maintained humidifier may be recommended in dry environments.
• Electrical Requirements: 100–120 VAC, 50–60 Hz, approximately 0.65 A maximum and 70 watts.
• Ink: Genuine Ricoh water-based pigmented CMYK and White DTG ink.
• Pretreatment: Use an approved DTG pretreatment formula. Pretreatment should be applied in a separate area away from the printer.
• Computer: A compatible Windows computer is required for RIP software operation. Confirm current operating-system compatibility before installation.
