The VISION DUO™ is a dual-head embroidery platform for shops that are ready for serious production. Built on BAI's two-head VISION chassis and configured by DTGPRO, it lets you run two garments at once, mirror designs, or double your throughput on repeat jobs - all with the same 15-needle, large-field capability as The VISION™.

Why The VISION DUO™

Two industrial heads: 2 x 15-needle heads on a shared industrial frame for maximum output.
Large field per head: approx. 500 x 400 mm (19.7" x 15.7") on each head for jacket backs, hoodies, bags and more.
High-speed production: up to 1200 spm flat embroidery, engineered for stable stitching at speed.
3D hat specialist: optimized penetration and motion curve tuning for structured caps and 3D puff embroidery with recommended speeds up to around 950 spm.
Industrial frame & welding: flat body, welded structure and reinforced rails for stability across both heads.
Matched assembly: critical elements like rails, motor mounts and needle height are aligned so both heads track consistently.
Institch i5 controller: manages both heads with pattern batching, curve correction and workflow tools.
USB & Wi-Fi connectivity: import jobs, manage patterns and leverage network tools for multi-machine environments.
DTGPRO ecosystem support: integrates into your shop alongside DTF, DTG and other DTGPRO systems.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
