The MagicSeal™ Sample Spray Kit is a convenient trial-size version of our patented transfer finishing system, allowing you to experience the benefits of MagicSeal™ before purchasing a full-size kit.

Powered by patented fiber-bonding technology protected under U.S. Patent 12,553,178, MagicSeal™ works by sealing the transfer deeper into the fabric fibers during a short secondary heat press step. The result is a noticeably softer, more breathable, and longer-lasting print.

Developed and proudly made in the USA, MagicSeal™ gives decorators a simple way to test the performance of our patented transfer finishing technology in their own workflow.

MagicSeal™ improves the hand feel, softness, breathability, and wash durability of transfers across all compatible decoration methods using a patented, Made in the USA formulation designed for real-world print production.

How MagicSeal™ Spray Works

MagicSeal™ enhances transfer performance using a simple three-step process:

• Step 1: Print & Transfer
  Perform your normal printing and heat transfer process.
• Step 2: Apply MagicSeal™
  Spray evenly over the printed image from approximately 10 inches away. Use 2-3 sprays for letter-sized prints (1-2 sprays for smaller designs).
• Step 3: Final Heat Seal
  Heat press again for 15 seconds using the included Teflon protective sheet to activate the MagicSeal coating and seal the design.
