For many customers, on-site training significantly shortens the learning curve and helps maximize print quality, efficiency, and equipment longevity from the start.
A trained technician will travel to your location to assist with setup, workflow configuration, and operator training. Once your order is placed, our team will coordinate scheduling based on your availability and site readiness. Service applies to locations within the contiguous United States and is subject to technician availability and scheduling.

Requirements Prior to Scheduling On-Site Onboarding:
To ensure your on-site training is productive and focused on operation (rather than setup), please confirm the following prior to scheduling:
- Equipment fully unboxed, assembled, and physically set up (including all accessories and attachments)
- All components delivered and accounted for
- Required consumables on hand (ink, film, powder, garments, etc.)
- Computer ready with all necessary software installed and tested
- Stable internet connection available during training
- Proper electrical setup and suitable work environment (including appropriate temperature and humidity, where applicable)
Remote Assistance Available:
If you need help getting to this stage, our team can provide remote support to guide you through unboxing, assembly, and software setup prior to your on-site visit.
Important Notes:
- Most printers include free remote onboarding and training, including guided setup and first prints.
- On-site training is recommended for customers who want faster ramp-up, hands-on experience, and optimized workflows.
- Roland and similar advanced systems require on-site service in most cases.
- Technicians are trained by or work directly with leading manufacturers (Roland, STS, Ricoh, DTFLINE, and others).
- If on-site service cannot be scheduled due to availability or logistics, this service is fully refundable.
Most customers who choose on-site training are able to begin production faster and with fewer issues compared to remote-only setups.
