QuantumDTF ® is a DTF INK offering a perfect combination of color vibrancy, washfastness and compatibility with various Epson engines.

Engineered to work in a variety of wide format Epson engines and produce the maximum level of opacity (with white), and works best in high speed printers such as those utilizing the Epson I1600 and Epson I3200 printheads.

The unique characteristics of this QuantumDTF V3 ink are a result of innovative ink formulation techniques including encapsulated resin + nano-pigment technology and zirconium cut dispersion processes that ensure a picoliter size that is smaller than other DTF inks on the market (thereby less likely to clog) while still balancing the right amounts of pigments to ensure a vibrant print. This is not a "clog free" ink, maintenance is still required as usual with any DTF ink process.

Features:

  • High color density, wide color gamut, outstanding color saturation
  • Maximum opacity for white
  • Excellent performance
  • Great wash fastness
  • Print head safe encapsulated resin + nano-pigment
  • Consistency in color from batch to batch
  • Gen 3 Inks, Best Suited for Wide Format Epson Printers utilizing Epson 4720 / Epson I3200 / I1600 Printheads

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (50% - 70% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
