On-Site Training & Onboarding Options
NOT REQUIRED = On-site onboarding is optional; remote onboarding is typically included with your equipment purchase.
ON-SITE REQUIRED = On-site installation and onboarding are required for the listed equipment, subject to the applicable purchase requirements.
Accessory Systems - $2,195 (1/2 Day)
Equipment: Shakers, dryers, and related accessory systems.
NOT REQUIRED
Remote onboarding is typically included with these systems. On-site service is available for customers who prefer hands-on assistance with operation, maintenance, settings, and integration with their printing workflow.
Standard Printers - $2,495 (1 Day)
Models: DTFLINE, DTGPRO, STS, Ricoh, and similar printers/systems.
NOT REQUIRED
Remote onboarding is typically included when these systems are purchased from us. On-site training is optional and recommended for customers seeking hands-on guidance and operator training.
Models: Roland XG-640, XP-640, VG/SG Series, LG, and MO Series.
ON-SITE REQUIRED - 1-day option available only with advance approval.
Experienced operators, such as customers adding another unit to an existing workflow, may qualify for this 1-day option. Customers requiring more comprehensive setup and training should select the Advanced Printers package below.
Advanced Printers - $3,995 (2-3 Days)
Models: Roland XG-640, XP-640, TY-300/TY-300i, VG3, SG3, VG4, LG, and MO Series.
ON-SITE REQUIRED
Includes on-site installation assistance and extended onboarding for systems with more involved setup, calibration, and workflow requirements. Provides additional hands-on time for operator training, guided printing, and routine maintenance instruction.
Industrial Printers - $5,995 (2-5 Days)
Models: Roland EU-1000MF, COi Series, and LO Series.
ON-SITE REQUIRED
Includes on-site installation assistance and multi-day onboarding appropriate to the industrial equipment configuration, with hands-on operator training and workflow guidance.
What Is Included?
- Technician travel and on-site labor and training time for the selected package.
- Assistance with equipment setup, calibration, and production preparation within the agreed scope.
- Hands-on operator training, including guided printing and supported workflow configuration.
- Instruction on routine maintenance and proper equipment care.
Visit duration: For packages showing a range of days, we will confirm the scheduled number of on-site days before booking based on your equipment configuration and training needs. Travel time does not count toward the scheduled on-site service days. Any work or additional time outside the agreed package must be approved separately.
Requirements Before Your Visit
Our team will provide preparation instructions specific to your equipment. Before the visit, please ensure:
- All equipment, accessories, and components have been delivered and accounted for.
- The equipment location is accessible and ready, with suitable electrical service, ventilation, temperature, and humidity.
- Required consumables are available, including applicable inks, media, cleaning supplies, and sample substrates.
- A compatible computer, required software licenses, and a stable internet connection are available.
- Operators who need training are available for the scheduled sessions.
- Unboxing, assembly, and software preparation have been completed only as instructed by our team.
Leave technician-required installation, ink charging, and calibration for the visit. Do not power on or begin operating equipment unless instructed. Remote guidance is available to help you prepare before the technician arrives.
Important Information
- Included remote onboarding: Many equipment packages include remote onboarding and training. Refer to your product page or order confirmation for the support included with your purchase.
- Existing equipment: If you need troubleshooting, retraining, or service for an existing system, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm the appropriate package and service scope.
- Separate from warranty: This service provides on-site technician assistance; it does not extend your equipment warranty. Replacement parts and consumables are not included unless specified.
- Site work: Electrical work, ventilation installation, equipment moving or rigging, and facility modifications are not included unless expressly quoted.
- Scheduling: Visits are coordinated based on technician availability and site readiness. If service cannot be scheduled due to availability or logistics, this service is fully refundable.
- Service expectations: Some issues may require additional parts or further service. Completion of every repair or achievement of specific production results during the visit cannot be guaranteed.
