DTFLINE INSTAPEEL™ is specially coated PET transfer film built around a simple production advantage: immediate hot peeling. Once the recommended press cycle is complete, peel the carrier right away. There is no required 10-15-second cooling interval and no need to rush back to a transfer just because you chose to leave it until later.

Instant hot peel means exactly that. Complete the recommended heat-press cycle, then peel immediately. You do not need to wait 10-15 seconds. Peeling later is also fine. Always use the specified curing and press settings; instant peeling does not replace proper adhesive curing or garment application.

02 / POWDERApply compatible DTF hot-melt powder to the wet printed area and remove excess powder from unprinted areas.
03 / CURECure the adhesive with suitable equipment using the specified settings for your film and powder.
04 / PRESSApply the transfer to the garment using the recommended temperature, time and pressure.
05 / PEEL NOW OR LATERPeel immediately after pressing, or peel later if preferred. Complete any recommended finishing press and follow the transfer system's care instructions.

Compatibility: For compatible roll-fed DTF printers using suitable DTF ink and hot-melt powder. Confirm roll width, core requirements and feeding compatibility for your equipment. DTG-to-DTF applications require a supported printer, ink and software workflow.
Application and care: Follow the recommended printing, curing, pressing and finishing instructions. Test specialty, coated, stretch and heat-sensitive textiles before production. Final color, feel, adhesion and wash performance depend on the complete process.
Storage: Protect film from moisture, dust and direct sunlight. Avoid touching or contaminating the coated printing surface.
Safe operation: Use suitable ventilation and extraction during powder handling, curing and heat pressing. Follow equipment instructions for handling hot transfers.
