Regular wet capping is a simple but important part of preventative printer care. When used as directed, it helps reduce drying around the nozzle plate and supports more reliable startups, cleaner nozzle checks, and less avoidable downtime-especially with white-ink DTG and DTF systems that require consistent maintenance.

How to Use

At the end of the production day, apply enough solution to saturate the clean printhead resting cap on the capping station, then park the printhead according to your printer's normal shutdown procedure. Follow your equipment manufacturer's maintenance recommendations.

Important: This product is for wet capping and short-term maintenance only. It is not a printhead cleaning, flushing, or unclogging solution. For minor clogs, use DTFSOLUTIONS Cleaning Solution; for stubborn clogs, use DTFSOLUTIONS Xtreme Cleaning Solution. For extended idle periods or vacation storage, use DTFSOLUTIONS Maintenance Solution.
