DTFSOLUTIONS De-Plasticizing Solution is a specialized external-use cleaner designed to help soften and loosen hardened ink buildup around the underside and exterior areas of the printhead, capping-station components, and wiper blade.

Printer Compatibility: Designed for DTF and DTG printers. Also works with other specialty printers that utilize Epson printheads, provided the printer's ink-delivery system and recommended maintenance procedure support this type of solution.

Over time, cured or plasticized ink deposits can interfere with proper wiping, sealing, and everyday printer maintenance. Applied carefully with a compatible cleaning swab, this solution helps break down difficult residue so contaminated service areas can be cleaned more effectively-helping protect print quality and reduce preventable maintenance issues.

How to Use

Apply a small amount to a clean, compatible swab and gently work on the affected external surface. Use only enough product to loosen the residue, replace contaminated swabs as needed, and avoid spreading debris to other printer components.

IMPORTANT: External application only. DO NOT pour or inject this solution into the capping station, ink lines, dampers, cartridges, or printhead channels. Do not use it as a flushing or wet-capping solution. Follow your equipment manufacturer's service instructions and test compatibility before use.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
