DETAILS | FAQ

This flushing solution is designed for Epson printers using pigment or dye-based inks ONLY, including all DTG and DTF inks. Do NOT use with UV inks, solvent inks, sublimation inks, or other incompatible ink types.

Our advanced flushing solution not only helps clean residual ink from your printer's ink delivery system, but also helps lubricate internal components during the cleaning process. Unlike many standard flushing solutions that can dry out internal parts, our formula contains a special silicone additive designed to help maintain lubrication after cleaning.

This solution is designed for flushing and lubricating ink lines, dampers, cartridges, and ink delivery systems when switching ink brands or ink types, replacing old ink, or performing preventative maintenance. We recommend flushing your system every 4-6 months, or before storing your printer for extended periods such as vacations or downtime.

Please note: This flushing solution is primarily intended for maintenance and ink changeovers, not for removing severe clogs. While some customers have had success restoring printers that were left unused for extended periods, results will vary depending on the condition of the printer and severity of the clog. For stubborn clogs, we recommend our Xtreme Cleaning Solution. For the most severe clogs, use our Last Chance Solution.

Proper routine maintenance is still required to help prevent clogging and maintain printer performance. Use of this product does not guarantee recovery of clogged printheads or ink systems.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
