For DTF & Other Compatible Transfer Applications

Suitable for DTF, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), sublimation, and other heat transfer workflows that specify a PTFE cover sheet. Use during transfer application or finishing presses as directed by your transfer supplier. Cover sheet requirements vary by material and desired finish.

Confirm compatibility.
Check that your transfer process recommends a PTFE cover sheet.
Cover and press.
Position over the transfer or printed area and follow your material supplier’s temperature, pressure, and time settings.
Keep it clean.
Allow to cool before cleaning and check for residue before every use.
Inspect before reusing.
Replace the sheet if it becomes torn, damaged, or no longer releases cleanly.

A Practical Upgrade for Frequent Pressing

Service life varies with temperature, pressure, frequency of use, cleaning, and handling. No specific number of pressing cycles is guaranteed. Always follow your transfer material’s instructions.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
