Why would you need the RH100 unit?

The RH100 unit helps ensure the curing of inks to your shirt, and the longest lasting durability and wash cycles, without the need for expensive or heavy duty heat press equipment.

Why not use a Heat Press instead? What are the benefits of the RH100 unit over a Heat Press?

  1. The RH100 helps eliminate wasted shirts due to user error
When you have the RH100, its design to insert the entire cassette from printer to finisher without removing the t-shirt helps eliminate wasted shirts due to user mistakes. When moving a shirt from the printer to a heat press the shirts must be removed from the printer's cassette and you risk smearing the ink wasting the shirt. Having the finisher eliminates this user error.
  2. Electrical consumption
A heat press can consume anywhere from 12-18 amps of power when being powered on, when using the RH100, you will greatly reduce your electrical consumption saving you money on electrical costs ( Finisher: less than 1300 watts / Heat press : 2000-2300 watts)
  3. Less footprint / operation area
The finisher is designed to sit directly underneath the printer - requiring no more space! This helps reduce the operating area needed and can be operated from a standard office desk. Perfect to small home business that don’t have a lot of spare space for additional equipment
  4. Preset heat settings / user friendly
The RH100 has preset curing temperatures and times. Making the machine very user friendly and eliminating user mistakes such as setting wrong temperatures or times which can result in washability issues.
  5. Eliminates Heat press square mark
When using the finisher, you are applying no heated pressure to the t-shirt, this helps eliminate the “heat press box” which can be very noticeable on the finish product.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (50% - 70% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
