Why would you need the RH100 unit?

The RH100 helps ensure proper curing of inks to the garment for long-lasting durability and wash performance, without the need for a larger or more expensive heat press.

Why not use a Heat Press instead? What are the benefits of the RH100 unit over a Heat Press?

1. The RH100 helps eliminate wasted shirts due to user error
   With the RH100, the entire cassette can move from printer to finisher without removing the garment. This helps reduce mistakes such as smearing the ink when transferring a shirt from the printer tray to a separate heat press.
2. Electrical consumption
   A heat press can consume anywhere from 12-18 amps of power when heating up. By comparison, the RH100 helps reduce electrical consumption, saving money on power costs (Finisher: less than 1300 watts / Heat press: 2000-2300 watts).
3. Less footprint / operation area
   The finisher is designed to sit directly underneath the printer, requiring no additional operating footprint. This makes it ideal for small businesses, home studios, kiosks, and retail counters with limited space.
4. Preset heat settings / user friendly
   The RH100 has preset curing temperatures and times, making it very user friendly and helping reduce mistakes such as incorrect temperature or timing settings that can lead to durability issues.
5. Helps eliminate heat press box marks
   When using the finisher, no heated pressure is applied directly like with a heat press. This helps reduce the appearance of the noticeable "heat press box" mark on the finished garment.
