Step up to a stronger cleaning formula when routine cleaning is no longer enough. DTFSOLUTIONS Xtreme Cleaning Solution is designed for stubborn printhead clogs and for flushing compatible continuous-ink tubing when changing ink types, removing old ink, or servicing contaminated ink paths.

Xtreme bridges the gap between routine cleaning and final-resort recovery. It provides a more aggressive option for experienced users who need to address persistent flow problems, while still allowing flexible use with damper/CIS systems or compatible refillable cleaning cartridges.

• Stubborn Printhead Clogs - For blockages that do not respond to regular Cleaning Solution.
• Continuous Ink-Line Flushing - Helps remove residual ink when changing ink types or servicing tubing.
• Production Recovery - Helps address persistent missing nozzles and restricted ink flow before escalating to Last Chance Solution.
• Compatible Service Methods - Can be used for careful manual flushing or in compatible refillable cleaning cartridges.

How to Use

Damper/CIS-based systems: Carefully flush the affected compatible printhead channel or ink tubing using the proper syringe, tubing, and printer-specific service procedure.

Cartridge-based systems: Fill compatible refillable cleaning cartridges and run up to three cleaning cycles, checking nozzle performance between cycles.

Important: Because Xtreme is stronger than regular Cleaning Solution, begin with the regular formula for ordinary maintenance and minor clogs. Do not use Xtreme for wet capping or long-term storage. Never force solution through a printhead. If an extreme clog remains unresolved, DTFSOLUTIONS Last Chance Solution may be considered as a final attempt, followed by a full flush with regular Cleaning Solution.
