Genuine Epson XP600 / F1080-A1 DTF Printhead
Upgrade or restore your DTF printer with a Genuine Epson F1080-A1 printhead, commonly known throughout the DTF industry as the Epson XP600 printhead. With 1,080 nozzles, six ink channels, variable-size droplet technology, and a compact 1-inch effective print width, the XP600 / F1080 has become one of the most widely used printheads in desktop and professional DTF printing systems.
Unlike a standard F1080 printhead originally configured to accept ink cartridges, this printhead has been professionally modified with a damper-ready manifold for use in compatible DTF printer ink delivery systems. The printhead has also been sealed with silicone around key areas to help minimize the risk of electrical damage from accidental ink or liquid exposure, making it better suited to the demanding environment of DTF production.

Before Replacing Your Printhead
Before replacing your printhead, consider cleaning and maintenance first. XP600 / F1080 printheads can develop partially clogged or missing nozzles as a result of dried ink, sediment, white-ink buildup, or routine use, and in many cases proper cleaning and maintenance may help restore print performance without immediately replacing the head. Regular preventative maintenance can also help extend printhead life and reduce costly production downtime. For a selection of popular, professional-grade and potentially head-saving products, explore our DTF Cleaning & Maintenance Solutions, including cleaners, flushing solutions, maintenance fluids, cleaning swabs, and other products designed to help keep your DTF printer and printhead performing at their best.
Always power the printer down according to the manufacturer's service procedure before disconnecting or installing electronic components. Printhead cables, dampers, connections, and surrounding components should also be inspected before installation, as damaged or contaminated components can affect printhead operation.
Compatibility Notice: Printer manufacturers may revise printhead configurations during a model's production life. Compatibility references are provided as a guide only.
