For Transfer Finishing & Compatible DTF and DTG Workflows

Use for DTF post-pressing and other textile transfer applications that specify silicone-coated kraft paper. These sheets can also serve as a reusable alternative to parchment paper in DTG pretreatment pressing and ink-curing workflows where approved by the pretreatment or ink supplier. The resulting finish depends on the transfer material, garment, and press settings.

Simple to Use

Check your material instructions.
Confirm that your application calls for a silicone-coated paper cover sheet.
Position over the design.
Place the release-coated surface against the transfer or printed area, covering it completely.
Press as directed.
Follow your transfer, ink, or pretreatment supplier’s recommended temperature, pressure, pressing time, and release instructions.
Inspect before reuse.
Replace sheets if they become contaminated, torn, scorched, or no longer release cleanly. Keep separate sheets for pretreatment and transfer finishing to help avoid cross-contamination.

Sheet life and finish vary with materials, pressing conditions, and handling. Use only with processes that recommend silicone-coated kraft paper; a cover sheet or post-press step is not required for every transfer application.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
