Insta's Model 420 Digital Cap Press is a terrific multipurpose heat press. Its curved platens are perfectly molded to mirror the curves of a hat & are designed to apply heat transfers onto cap brims & bills. This machine not only features Insta's world-renowned platens with the most even heat and pressure in the industry, but it also includes a digital, touch-screen controller where you can save multiple presets to quickly switch between different applications. The 420 Heat Press has also proven to be an effective tool for printing logos and back-neck labels onto flat garments. Its portable, compact design and quiet operation make this heat press perfect for use in a home, retail, or production environment. Insta's Model 420 has been strategically designed to generate & evenly distribute tremendous pressure throughout the entire platen. Its heating element heats the metal from within, which produces constant and long-lasting heat. A successful heat transfer application requires 3 key elements to work in tandem: time, temperature, and pressure. The 420 brings those elements together in perfect harmony to achieve phenomenal results every time.
