MagicSeal Fusion™ is an advanced protective finishing spray engineered specifically for DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers to improve hand-feel while reinforcing durability, wear resistance, and long-term print performance.

Built on the proven MagicSeal finishing system, Fusion helps create a flexible protective barrier that reinforces the transfer surface against repeated washing, friction, abrasion, and environmental exposure - helping prints stay stronger, cleaner, and more durable over time.

Its protective finishing layer helps reduce fading, cracking, peeling, and breakdown caused by repeated wear, moisture, sunlight, and everyday use.

• MagicSeal V1 / V2 Spray - Fastest and easiest way to improve softness, comfort, and breathability with no temperature changes
• MagicSeal Sheet - Premium soft-touch finishing with enhanced longevity through a silicone finishing layer (requires lowering final press temperature to max 275F)
• MagicSeal Pro Sheet - Professional finishing optimization with flexible press temperatures (270F-320F) for easier production workflow

The 500ml refill bottle is ideal for regular production use and replenishing your Fusion starter kit.

Works with standard Teflon sheets, but for best overall softness, durability, and finishing performance, pair with the MagicSeal Pro™ Sheet as part of the Pro Fusion System.

Compatibility

• Designed for DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers only
• Not compatible with Vinyl / HTV applications
• For Vinyl, HTV, White Toner Transfers, DTG, Plastisol Transfers, HTF, and other transfer types, use MagicSeal V1, MagicSeal V2, MagicSeal Sheet, or MagicSeal Pro Sheet

Usage

Apply a light, even mist over the finished DTF transfer before the final press. Heat press to activate the protective finishing layer and reinforce the transfer surface.

For premium softness, breathability, and maximum durability, pair with the MagicSeal Pro™ Sheet as part of the MagicSeal Pro Fusion System.
