Built on the proven MagicSeal finishing process, Fusion adds a reinforced protective finishing layer that helps protect transfers against repeated washing, friction, abrasion, moisture, UV exposure, and everyday wear.

Formulated with a proprietary blend of advanced finishing chemistry, including hydrogenated silicone emulsion technology, MagicSeal Fusion helps improve durability while maintaining flexibility, softness, and breathability.

This sample-size kit is ideal for testing Fusion on your own garments, transfers, and production workflow before moving to larger production sizes.

How It Works

Step 1: Apply your DTF transfer as usual
Step 2: Apply a light, even mist of MagicSeal Fusion™
Step 3: Heat press using the included Teflon protective sheet

The result is a softer, stronger, and more durable finished transfer with improved long-term protection and performance.

Not compatible with Vinyl / HTV applications
For Vinyl, HTV, White Toner Transfers, DTG, Plastisol Transfers, HTF, and other transfer types, use MagicSeal V1, MagicSeal V2, MagicSeal Sheet, or MagicSeal Pro Sheet

Perfect for testing before upgrading to the full-size Fusion Starter Kit or MagicSeal Pro Fusion System.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
