01 / Print
Arrange artwork in the included RIP, then print CMYK + white onto compatible DTF film using the dual-head XPD-924D.
02 / Powder + cure
The S24 applies TPU adhesive powder and uses controlled infrared heat to cure the printed transfers.
03 / Press + deliver
Apply the cured transfer to a compatible garment with a suitable heat press. Use the settings recommended for your film, powder and garment.

The black S24 brings powder distribution, film handling and curing together in one 24-inch system. Its matching finish creates a coordinated production setup with the XPD-924D. STS part number: STS.DTF.PRO.S24.
Larger touchscreen + powered access
A larger LCD HMI provides adjustable temperature and auto/manual controls. Motorized heavy-duty pistons assist automatic hood opening and closing.
Gear protection + extra vacuum
Gear protection and extra vacuum are S24 features. Vacuum conveying, mesh/belt transport and tension feed / take-up support film handling through the system.
Automatic TPU shutoff + powder control
Automatic TPU shutoff complements automatic powder weight distribution, adding control to the adhesive application workflow.
Infrared curing + integrated filtration
Top and bottom infrared drying provide controlled heat. Built-in charcoal and HEPA filtration, powder-chamber sensing and dual overheat shutoffs support operation. Provide appropriate workplace ventilation.
