Recommended Usage by Workflow

MagicLine Foil Transfer (Powered by MAGICINK™)

• Use CLEAR: for foil workflows (foil provides the final color and effect)
• Use ANY OTHER COLOR: when you want the powder itself to create the visible print color

MagicLine Full Color Transfer (Pigment Ink)

• Use WHITE or SOFT WHITE only for full-color transfers
• Provides opacity and bonding for pigment ink prints

Quick Rule: Foil = CLEAR ? Full Color = WHITE

Dual-System Compatibility

MagicPowder™ is engineered to work across two primary transfer systems:

• Foil Transfer (MAGICINK™): Uses CLEAR powder for adhesive bonding, with foil providing the final color and finish
• Full Color Transfer (Pigment Ink): Uses SOFT WHITE powder to create opacity and structure for full-color prints

• MagicPowder™ CLEAR
  Transparent adhesive powder used for foil transfer workflows. Designed to bond the transfer while allowing foil or printed design to define the final appearance.
• MagicPowder™ SOFT WHITE
  Recommended for full color pigment ink transfers, providing opacity, structure, and garment adhesion.
• MagicPowder™ WHITE / BLACK / COLOR VARIANTS
  When used with MAGICINK™, these powders can become the visible print color, enabling unique single-color and specialty applications.
• Specialty Colors (Gold, Blue, etc.)
  Available for testing and creative applications. Some formulations may produce textured or grainy finishes, ideal for R&D and specialty effects.

Note: Specialty color powders are part of an evolving product category and may produce varied visual effects depending on application.

How It Works

1. Print your design onto transfer film using MAGICINK™ or a pigment ink printer
2. Apply MagicPowder™ evenly and remove excess
3. Cure until the powder gels and bonds to the print
4. Press onto the garment using heat
5. Finish:
   • Add MagicFoil™ for foil workflows
   • Or leave as-is for full-color transfers

Full Color Transfer: Pigment ink + SOFT WHITE powder (no foil required)
