This listing is for the DTFLINE PANTHERA ® V4 2X6 Professional 9-Color DTF Printer only. An automatic powder shaker and curing system is not included with this configuration.
The PANTHERA V4 2X6 is the most advanced printer-only configuration in the PANTHERA V4 family. It is engineered for professional transfer producers, established apparel decorators, contract printers, fulfillment operations, and high-volume print businesses that require more than conventional CMYK + White production.
Where standard five-color DTF printers use CMYK and white ink, the PANTHERA V4 2X6 expands the ink architecture to nine total colors. Depending on the selected configuration, the four additional channels can be used for Red, Blue, Green, and Orange to increase the printable color gamut, or for Fluorescent Orange, Fluorescent Magenta, Fluorescent Yellow, and Fluorescent Green to create vivid specialty transfers with high-visibility fluorescent effects.
The result is a professional DTF printer capable of producing colors, tones, and visual effects that conventional CMYK + White printers may not reproduce with the same saturation, brightness, or accuracy.
The Newest and Most Advanced PANTHERA V4 Platform
The PANTHERA ® V4 represents the newest generation of the DTFLINE professional wide-format DTF platform. The V4 generation builds upon the proven PANTHERA architecture with an updated production-focused design, refined media handling, modernized electronics and controls, expanded ink capability, improved operator accessibility, and an equipment platform engineered for demanding commercial operation.
The PANTHERA V4 2X6 extends that platform further with six next-generation printheads and a flexible nine-color ink system designed for businesses that want both greater output and greater creative capability.
Rather than prioritizing unnecessary cosmetic features that increase equipment cost without improving production, DTFLINE focuses on the areas that matter most to professional print businesses: print quality, speed, ink delivery, white ink management, expanded color reproduction, film handling, serviceability, operator workflow, and overall return on investment.
Six-Printhead Architecture for Increased Production Speed
The PANTHERA V4 2X6 is powered by six Epson I3200-A1 printheads. Each I3200 printhead incorporates 3,200 nozzles and variable-droplet technology to support accurate ink placement, fine image detail, smooth tonal transitions, and professional color reproduction.
By distributing production across six printheads, the system provides substantially greater output capability than typical single-head, dual-head, or four-head DTF printers. This additional printhead capacity supports faster color and white ink production while also providing the channels required for an expanded nine-color ink configuration.
The printer is capable of output of approximately 16 to 20 square meters per hour at 6-pass under optimized production conditions. Actual output will vary according to artwork dimensions, RIP settings, ink configuration, resolution, pass count, color-management requirements, film utilization, maintenance condition, and production environment.
Professional 9-Color DTF Printing
Most DTF printers operate with five ink colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, and White. While CMYK + White is suitable for a broad range of apparel-decoration applications, it cannot reproduce every highly saturated color with equal precision.
The PANTHERA V4 2X6 expands the system to nine ink channels, giving professional users access to either a broader spot-color gamut or a fluorescent specialty-color workflow.
Available 9-Color Configurations:
- Expanded-Gamut Configuration: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, White, Red, Blue, Green, and Orange
- Fluorescent Configuration: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, White, Fluorescent Orange, Fluorescent Magenta, Fluorescent Yellow, and Fluorescent Green
The selected ink configuration must be determined at the time of purchase and must be matched with the appropriate inks, channel arrangement, color profiles, and compatible RIP workflow.
Expanded-Gamut RGBO Color Production
In the expanded-gamut configuration, Red, Blue, Green, and Orange inks supplement the conventional CMYK channels. These additional colors expand the range of colors the printer can reproduce directly and reduce reliance on building every saturated tone exclusively from combinations of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black.
This is particularly valuable for artwork containing highly saturated reds, rich oranges, vivid greens, intense blues, branded spot colors, sports graphics, logos, illustrated artwork, gradients, and designs where color accuracy is commercially important.
Adding RGBO channels can help improve:
- Highly saturated red reproduction
- Brighter and cleaner orange tones
- More vivid green reproduction
- Deeper and more intense blue tones
- Brand-color matching
- Spot-color accuracy
- Color transition smoothness
- Fine-detail reproduction
- Realistic illustrated textures
- Overall printable color gamut
For transfer producers serving brands, teams, schools, promotional-product customers, fashion labels, and professional designers, the expanded-gamut configuration provides a meaningful color advantage over conventional CMYK + White systems.
Fluorescent Specialty-Color Production
In the fluorescent configuration, the four additional channels are assigned to Fluorescent Orange, Fluorescent Magenta, Fluorescent Yellow, and Fluorescent Green.
These specialty inks are designed to create highly visible fluorescent effects that stand apart from conventional process-color printing. Fluorescent designs can appear especially vivid under normal lighting and may produce enhanced visual effects under compatible ultraviolet or black-light conditions.
Fluorescent DTF printing is ideal for:
- Streetwear and fashion graphics
- Nightlife and event apparel
- Sportswear and team garments
- Festival merchandise
- Safety and high-visibility designs
- Promotional apparel
- Concert and entertainment merchandise
- Limited-edition product lines
- Gaming and technology-inspired graphics
- Black-light and UV-reactive visual applications
The fluorescent configuration gives print businesses the ability to offer a premium specialty product that is difficult to reproduce using standard CMYK + White equipment.
Expanded Color Is More Than an Extra Feature
The nine-color architecture allows businesses to differentiate their transfer offering instead of competing only on price and turnaround time.
With conventional five-color equipment, most transfer producers offer a similar basic color capability. The PANTHERA V4 2X6 allows operators to pursue more demanding artwork, premium spot-color work, specialty fluorescent products, and applications where color intensity is a major part of the finished design.
This broader capability may help businesses serve professional brands, artists, sports organizations, fashion companies, promotional-product distributors, event producers, and customers with strict color requirements.
Built for Professional Roll-to-Roll DTF Production
The PANTHERA V4 2X6 accepts professional roll-fed DTF film and is designed for continuous transfer production. Its approximately 600 mm / 24-inch print width allows users to efficiently arrange artwork, build gang sheets, maximize film utilization, and produce multiple transfers across the available print area.
Finished transfers can be applied to a broad range of light and dark garments and compatible materials, including cotton, polyester, cotton/polyester blends, denim, canvas, performance fabrics, leather, compatible synthetic leather, and many other textiles.
Unlike traditional DTG printing, DTF does not generally require liquid garment pretreatment. Designs are printed onto DTF film, coated with transfer powder, cured, and then transferred to the finished garment or product using a heat press.
This makes DTF especially attractive for businesses that need to decorate multiple fabric types without maintaining separate printing workflows for light garments, dark garments, cotton, polyester, and blended materials.
Professional DTFLINE Value
DTFLINE equipment is developed around the needs of professional garment decorators, transfer producers, and print businesses that require dependable commercial production.
Similar specialty-color DTF systems may be offered at substantially higher prices, particularly when sold through multiple layers of resellers and distributors. DTFLINE prioritizes production capability, practical engineering, serviceability, operator workflow, expanded color capability, and measurable production results rather than costly exterior features that do not directly improve production.
The result is a professional six-printhead, nine-color DTF platform designed to deliver both substantial production capability and a broader creative offering.

Printer-Only Configuration
This product includes the DTFLINE PANTHERA V4 2X6 printer only. It does not include an automatic powder shaker, curing system, conveyor, cooling system, or automatic finished-film take-up system.
The printer includes its own constant-tension film winding functionality, but printed DTF film must still be coated with compatible transfer powder, have the excess powder removed, and be properly cured before the transfer can be applied to a garment or product.
Because the PANTHERA V4 2X6 is a high-output six-printhead printer, a production-matched automatic powder shaker and curing system is strongly recommended. The selected shaker must be capable of receiving, powdering, curing, cooling, and collecting film at a rate appropriate for the printer's production speed.
A shaker that is undersized or unable to maintain the printer's selected film speed may become a production bottleneck and may affect powder coverage, curing consistency, film tracking, and finished-transfer quality.
For businesses seeking an integrated production workflow, consider the DTFLINE PANTHERA V4 2X6 Complete System, which combines this printer with a compatible intelligent automatic powder shaker and curing system.

Important Ink-Configuration Notice:
The expanded-gamut and fluorescent configurations are separate ink workflows. The selected configuration must be established before installation and should not be changed casually after ink has been introduced into the system.
Changing between RGBO and fluorescent inks may require extensive flushing, replacement of ink-contact components, recalibration, new color profiles, RIP reconfiguration, and additional technical procedures. Residual ink contamination may affect color accuracy and performance.
Customers should select the ink configuration that best matches their intended market and production requirements before the printer is prepared and shipped.
Important Color-Management Considerations:
A nine-color printer requires a more advanced color-management workflow than a conventional CMYK + White system. Accurate expanded-gamut or fluorescent production depends on compatible RIP software, proper channel configuration, appropriate ink limits, professionally prepared color profiles, correct artwork preparation, and operator understanding of the selected color mode.
Not every image will automatically use all nine inks. Ink usage is determined by the artwork, color profile, RIP configuration, rendering intent, and selected production settings.
Fluorescent colors cannot always be accurately represented on a standard computer monitor or office printer. Physical printed samples should be used when evaluating fluorescent appearance and final color expectations.
Important Production Considerations:
DTF printing is a professional production process that requires regular operation, preventive maintenance, proper environmental conditions, correct ink and consumable selection, and adherence to the operating procedures provided during onboarding.
White, expanded-gamut, and fluorescent inks contain suspended pigments and require proper circulation, agitation, maintenance, and operating discipline. Environmental temperature and humidity can affect ink behavior, printhead performance, static, film feeding, color accuracy, powder application, curing, and finished-transfer quality.
The six-printhead configuration has greater ink-delivery, maintenance, electrical, curing, ventilation, and workflow requirements than smaller DTF systems. Operators must maintain all printheads, ink channels, dampers, caps, wipers, filters, pumps, circulation components, and related systems according to the prescribed schedule.
The printer must be paired with a powdering and curing workflow capable of supporting its output. A shaker that is undersized, improperly adjusted, or unable to match the printer's film speed may create a production bottleneck or affect powder coverage, curing, film tracking, and finished-transfer quality.
Production estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Actual output depends on artwork dimensions, print mode, pass count, resolution, ink configuration, RIP settings, color-management requirements, film layout, maintenance condition, shaker capacity, curing requirements, operator experience, and other production variables.
