Weedless Monochrome HTF
Print the mirrored design with MagicInk™, then apply the selected colored MagicPowder™. The powder provides both the adhesive and visible transfer color.

Full-Color Transfer Printing
Full-Color Transfers Are Now Possible with the MagicLine™ DTF Hack
MagicInk™ supports weedless HTF, foil and other specialty workflows. For photographs, illustrations, gradients and multicolor artwork, the separate MagicLine™ DTF Hack uses the existing CMYK inks in a compatible pigment or sublimation printer—without printed white ink, a conventional DTF conversion or a dedicated white-ink DTF printer.
MagicLine™ Transfer Sheets and the appropriate MagicPowder™ provide adhesion and, when required, an opaque backing for dark garments. MagicSeal™ Fusion helps protect the printed colors and enhance wash durability.

Basic MagicInk™ Production Process
1. Print
Print the mirrored design onto compatible transfer film using the MagicInk™ formulation designed for your printer platform.
2. Apply the Selected Powder
Apply Clear, White or colored MagicPowder™ according to the desired HTF, foil or supported transfer result.
3. Cure
Cure the powdered transfer using the recommended temperature and time for the selected film, ink and powder combination.
4. Heat Press
Press the cured transfer onto the compatible garment and peel according to the instructions for the selected workflow.
5. Complete the Finish
Apply MagicFoil™ or complete any additional finishing step required for the selected application.

Select the Correct MagicInk™ Formulation
Canon®, Epson® and traditional DTF formulations are engineered for different printer platforms. Do not mix formulations or install MagicInk™ in an unsupported printer. Confirm compatibility for your exact printer model and intended workflow before use.
- Film, powder, curing, pressing and peeling instructions vary by workflow.
- Use colored MagicPowder™ when the powder will provide the visible monochrome transfer color.
- Use Clear MagicPowder™ or the specified bonding process when MagicFoil™ will provide the final finish.
- For full-color pigment or sublimation transfers, follow the separate MagicLine™ DTF Hack instructions.
- Always follow the instructions supplied with the selected ink and transfer system.
Ventilation and Safe Operation
Operate printing, powder-curing and heat-transfer equipment in a properly ventilated workspace. Follow the supplied instructions and use appropriate protective equipment when handling inks, powders, heated film and production equipment.
