Why Removing White Ink Changes Everything

Traditional DTF printing relies heavily on white ink loaded with titanium dioxide (TiO2), which is the leading cause of:

MagicInk™ is supplied in bulk refill bottles designed to refill MagicInk™ Cartridges.

These cartridges are fully refillable, allowing you to:

Simply refill the cartridge, reinstall it in the printer, and continue printing with reliable, low-maintenance performance.

How MagicInk™ Works with MagicPowder™ and MagicBond™

1. Print your design onto DTF film using MagicInk™.
2. Powder the print with MagicPowder™ (Colored, or CLEAR depending on the desired finish).
3. Cure according to your equipment guidelines until the powder gels and bonds to the ink layer.
4. Press the transfer onto your garment using standard DTF heat press settings.
5. Peel according to the film manufacturer's instructions.
6. Optional: Apply MagicBond™ if you plan to apply foil.
7. Add MagicFoil™ and press to create metallic, reflective, or specialty finishes.

Tip: If your desired color is not available as a MagicPowder™ option, use MagicPowder™ CLEAR and apply the color using MagicFoil™.
