The MAGICLINE™ Printer Bundle comes with everything you need to get started printing weedless transfers right out of the box. This professionally modified printer is configured specifically for DTF film feeding and optimized to run only MagicInk™ in all five ink slots. This exclusive setup eliminates white and CMYK pigment inks, dramatically reducing clogging, maintenance, and downtime-while still giving you full creative flexibility with MagicPowder™ and MagicFoil™.

Note: The MagicLine™ Printer is built on a Canon platform that has been professionally modified and configured for DTF film feeding and MagicInk™ operation. While the exterior design and packaging may retain Canon branding, all film-feed modifications, MagicInk™ integration, and system tuning are performed by MagicLine™. Warranty and technical support are provided directly by DTGPRO, not by Canon.

MagicLine™ Workflow

1. Print - Load DTF film and print your design using the MAGICLINE™ Printer (all slots filled with MagicInk™).
2. Powder - Coat the print with MagicPowder™; shake off excess.
3. Cure - Cure per your tunnel/oven/press hover specs.
4. Press - Press the transfer to the garment.
5. Finish (optional) - Apply MagicFoil™ for color/metallic effects.

Color is introduced after printing (at the powder/foil stage), keeping your printer clog-free and maintenance-light.
For best results, pair with MagicBond™ (adhesion enhancer) and MagicDust-Off™ / MagicRinse™ (to remove stray powder fines before pressing).
No proprietary software needed - just use what you already have. Print your artwork from everyday favorites such as Microsoft Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Affinity Photo/Designer, Preview (Mac), Windows Photos, or nearly any program that can open a PNG, JPG, or PDF.

Foil transfers produce a striking metallic finish. For the cleanest, shiniest results, your artwork should be bold, simple, and easy for the foil to adhere to. The clearer the shapes, the stronger the metallic effect.

• Bold logos & text - Strong lettering, badges, and emblem-style graphics look exceptional in metallic foil.
• Silhouettes & solid shapes - Designs like city skylines, animals, holiday icons, and simple illustrations transfer beautifully.
• Clean line art - Medium-to-thick line art (not thin, ultra-detailed lines) creates crisp foil definition.

✔ Preparing Your Artwork (Simple Steps)

Foil bonds only to the areas printed in clear ink. Preparing your artwork properly ensures a clean, professional transfer:

• Remove backgrounds - Your file must have a transparent background (no white boxes around the art).
• Use solid shapes - Avoid gradients, shadows, feathering, or blurs-these do not foil correctly.
• Bolder is better - Tiny details or hairline strokes may not transfer well. Simplify where possible.
• Prepare the image in MIRROR mode - All foil transfer prints must be flipped horizontally before printing.
