MagicBond™ Refill provides 500 ml (16.9 oz) of professional adhesion-enhancing solution designed to refill your MagicBond™ Misting Bottle (sprayer not included). Each refill provides enough solution to treat over 150 t-shirts, helping keep your workflow efficient and cost-effective.

Formulated for the MagicLine™ System, MagicBond™ is a pre-press adhesion enhancer that improves the bond between garment fibers and the transfer or finishing layer. It is primarily designed for HTF (Heat Transfer Foil) and HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) workflows where foil and vinyl typically require stronger bonding than standard DTF transfers.

Within the MagicLine workflow, MagicBond™ is applied before pressing to strengthen adhesion between the printed transfer and MagicFoil™, helping deliver cleaner foil release, sharper design detail, and improved durability.

While MagicBond™ is not required for most standard DTF printing, it can also help resolve adhesion challenges such as edge lifting, peeling, polyester or performance fabrics, or lower-temperature pressing environments.

Recommended Use

1. Refill your MagicBond™ Misting Bottle with this solution.
2. Shake lightly before use.
3. Lightly mist the garment or transfer area from approximately 8-12 inches.
4. Apply before pressing foil, vinyl, or the printed transfer.
5. Press according to your normal transfer settings.

Important: MagicBond vs MagicSeal

MagicBond™ is a pre-press adhesion product. It is applied before pressing to improve bonding, especially for foil and vinyl applications.

MagicSeal™ is a post-press finishing spray. It is applied after the transfer has been pressed to improve hand feel, breathability, flexibility, and wash durability of the finished design.

In simple terms:

• MagicBond™ = Stick better (Pre-Press)
• MagicSeal™ = Feel better & wash better (Post-Press)

When used together, MagicBond™ and MagicSeal™ provide maximum transfer performance: stronger adhesion plus improved feel and durability.

Compatibility

• MagicLine™ HTF Workflow: Print with MagicInk™ ? Apply MagicPowder™ ? Cure ? Clean ? Transfer ? Apply MagicBond™ ? Apply MagicFoil™ ? Press ? Finish with MagicSeal™.
• HTV / Vinyl Transfers: Mist garment area before pressing vinyl to improve adhesion and long-term durability.
