MagicDust-Off™ Refill provides 500 ml (16.9 oz) of professional anti-static cleaning solution designed to refill your MagicDust-Off™ Misting Bottle (sprayer sold separately or included in the MagicDust-Off kit).

Formulated for the MagicLine™ workflow, MagicDust-Off™ removes fine adhesive powder particles ("powder fines") from the surface of cured DTF films. These tiny particles can cause unwanted specks or residue during transfer. By removing them before pressing, MagicDust-Off™ helps produce cleaner prints, sharper designs, and more professional results.

The advanced anti-static formula also neutralizes surface charge that can cause powder to cling to the film, helping prevent fines from reattaching during the cleaning process.

Each refill provides enough solution to clean over 150 t-shirt transfers, making it a cost-effective and efficient maintenance step within the MagicLine system.

How MagicDust-Off™ Works

During DTF production, small residual adhesive powder particles can remain on the film surface after curing. If left in place, these particles may transfer to the garment and create unwanted speckling or rough texture.

MagicDust-Off™ dissolves and removes these powder fines while simultaneously reducing static buildup, ensuring the transfer surface remains clean and ready for pressing.

How to Use

1. Refill your MagicDust-Off™ Misting Bottle with this solution.
2. Lightly spray the surface of the cured transfer film.
3. Gently wipe with a lint-free cloth to remove powder fines.
4. For optimal results, follow with MagicRinse™ to neutralize and prepare the transfer for pressing.
