Print your design on compatible DTF film, apply TPU adhesive powder with the S24, then cure it using the integrated infrared drying system. Apply the cured transfer to a compatible garment with a suitable heat press.

Automatic TPU powder weight distribution helps apply adhesive across printed film. The mesh/belt-driven system supports the powdering workflow.

Powered hood access
Motorized heavy-duty pistons provide automatic hood opening and closing, making access more convenient during operation and routine care.

Conveying and take-up
Vacuum conveying, tension feed and a take-up reel support film transport. Operate the S24 independently or together with a compatible STS DTF printer.

Built-in air purification
An integrated air purifier combines charcoal and HEPA filtration. Plan appropriate workplace ventilation for powder handling and curing.

Integrated safety sensing
The TPU chamber includes a safety sensor, and dual automatic shutoff sensors help prevent overheating. Follow the operating instructions and required maintenance.

What you need to complete the workflow.
Compatible printer: Use the S24 with a suitable DTF printer and compatible film, TPU powder and ink system. The printer and consumables are sold separately.
Electrical service & room to work: Prepare suitable 208/220 V, single-phase, 30 A service, plus space for feeding, take-up, hood access and maintenance. Confirm the unit's final installation requirements.
Garment application: A heat press is required to apply the cured transfer to garments and is sold separately.
